We respect the privacy of our customers and site visitors.  You will not receive spam emails from us under any circumstances.  Any and all personal information exchanged on this site is protected using the latest encryption technology and will never be distributed to any one for any unauthorized purpose.  In addition, all transactions are secured using the latest in PCI compliance standards. 

We ship to US addresses using a variety of carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Most orders placed before 3:00pm will usually ship the same day. Although we stock most items found in our store, some items may be non-stock items and could be drop shipped from one of our supplier.  Cruisair and Marine Air units and parts typically take 3-5 business days to ship from the time of order. 

Need it in a hurry?  You may want to contact us prior to ordering to ensure product availability and to verify expedited shipping options.

International orders typically ship using USPS. Please contact us prior to placing an international order to ensure availability, proper shipping costs, and procedures.  International orders that haven't been pre-approved will not be accepted.  

Any damage to your shipment should be reported to the carrier immediately.  All packages depart from our facility in new, undamaged condition.  Therefore, we cannot assume any liability regarding possible damages that can occur during shipping. 

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of purchase.  However, before returning any merchandise, you must contact us to obtain a return authorization number.  We will not accept any returns that don't have the proper authorization.  The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, must be unused, and must be in perfect condition for resale.  We do not pay any shipping costs associated with returns unless there has been an error on our part.  Credits for returned merchandise may take several weeks to process, as all merchandise must be inspected and approved for resale.  Some merchandise may not be eligible for return including electronic components. We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee on certain items. No returns will be accepted on international orders.  Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.

All products sold by Mid-Atlantic Marine Technology are backed by the full manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise noted.  Please contact the manufacturer to address any potential warranty issues that may arise.  We are happy to assist by providing a point of contact for warranty issues, but cannot assist with warranty claims directly. 

Mid-Atlantic Marine Technology attempts to offer our various product lines at the lowest prices possible.  If you receive a lower price from another authorized dealer and/or online vendor, we will attempt to match or beat that price.  Prices found on this site are for online sales only.  Actual prices given for equipment as a part of a local service call or installation may be greater than the prices advertised on this site
