New! Dash Air Self Contained Systems (VLD): This new unit is a breakthrough
in self-contained air conditioning systems. The horizontal compressor
requires only 8" height for installation for location on the flybridge,
cockpit, or any height critical areas. Dash Air systems are reverse
cycle and are available in these capacities: 16,000 BTU (115V/60Hz) or
13,000 (230V/50Hz).
Marine Air Central Systems
Split systems, also known as central systems, are
normally used on vessels in the 45 to 75 foot range. Marine Air split
systems run more quietly than most and keep noise levels to a
comfortable minimum. Our central system condensing units are available
in a range of capacities from 6,000 to 60,000 BTUs, and in both reverse
cycle heat/cool and cool-only models. Complementary air handlers are
also available from 4,000 to 48,000 BTUs.

Direct Expansion Evaporators (E4FD-E18FDZ): The Marine Air Direct Expansion Air Handler has a compact modular design. For maximum efficiency, the plenum chambers are increased and the coils have enhanced fins and rifled tubing. Passport I/O display: For use with models VCD, CSD & CMCD (The "D" stands for "Digital"). The Passport I/O display has the same look and feel as the old Passport II
but with a few new features.
Both the Passport I/O and Elite digital controls work with the new Passport I/O
circuit board, which utilizes state-of-the-art SMT technology; the software
logic is in the displays rather than on the circuit board.
Features of the Passport I/O include: an electric heat relay so electric heat
is now a convenient option with DX units; and a new programmable parameter allowing
the seawater pump to be set for continuous operation, or to cycle with the
compressor.
The I/O circuit board has an additional air sensor connection, so the customer
can now use the remote air sensor in the cabin and still monitor outside air
temperature.
Elite display: For use with models VCD, CSD & CMCD (The "D" stands for "Digital"). The Marine Air Elite control works with the Passport I/O circuit board and provides all of the same functionality of the Passport control with a sleek, modern euro style appearance.
Retrofit kits are available to upgrade your boat's existing mechanical controls to new Marine Air digital controls.
